We’ve improved this flow to remove the guesswork. Now, if a customer selects the wrong product, our system will ensure that they register the correct item linked to their serial number. It’s a powerful tweak, but one that will significantly improve the user experience, making it smoother and frustration-free for your customers.

But we didn’t stop there! We’ve also introduced backup codes, which ensures that you’re never locked out, even if you can’t access your 2FA device. Whether they’re in Tokyo, Berlin, or São Paulo, your customers will now see a cookie policy that speaks their language, helping you stay compliant with local regulations while enhancing trust and clarity.

Web Widget with Auto-Open

Timing is everything when it comes to customer engagement, and we’ve just made it easier for you to optimize it. With our new auto-open configuration for the Web Widget, you can now set when the widget should appear based on how long a user has been on your page.
